Intensive program
1. Learn to read people:
- their deep values, non-material motivation, behavior in critical situations, their potential, abilities and opportunities and how to develop it for corporate and personal goals (spouses, children, relatives, friends…)
- how to negotiate with different personality types in business and in a world “without rules”
- how to strengthen relationships and boost productivity
- how to get rid of “toxic” people in the team without damaging people, reputation or corporate culture
- how to build a negotiation scenario for different personality types, especially several at once
- you optimize spending on developing staff and on your own personal growth

After the offline sessions you will see people with new eyes, analyze every detail, and you will have questions, so we offer follow-up sessions, where you can ask the trainers and fellow MetaLeadership School students.
At our follow-up sessions we will work on your cases and post-session questions about applying the knowledge in real situations.
- learn to identify and set anchor points in understanding people and yourselfto make better decisions, especially in turbulent and force majeure situations
- determine the best development path for the potential of a person with clear signs of a pronounced personality type (HR profiling, hereinafter HRP)
- identify the system of non-material motivation of a specific personality type and ecological behavior correction in the team (HRP)
- understand how and to which employees to reassignspecific tasks by personality typefor better results, and how to use tasks to develop the potential of people on the job (HRP)
- you can improve the quality of scripts in sales
- understand which personality types, and on which issues, need tighter control and where self-control of employees is enough (HRP)
- how to turn conflicts between “different” types of people into productive interaction through awareness of “differences” and combining everyone's strengths without tension
